You agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable law. You must not:

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activity: use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • System abuse: attempt to bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
  • Data misuse: access or use data you are not authorized to access.
  • Spam or harassment: send abusive or unsolicited content through the service.
  • Malicious content: upload malware, harmful code, or hostile payloads.

Consequences of violation: violations may result in suspension, termination, rate limiting, access restrictions, or legal action where appropriate.

5. Atlassian Integration

Third-Party Service Dependencies

TicketMage integrates with Atlassian products that are governed by Atlassian's own contractual terms and operational policies.

  • You remain responsible for complying with Atlassian's terms of service.
  • We are not responsible for Atlassian outages, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by Atlassian.
  • Your Atlassian account status may affect whether you can use parts of TicketMage.
  • We access Jira data only within the scope of the permissions you grant.

OAuth Permissions

  • read:jira-user: access to basic user profile information.
  • read:jira-work: access to Jira issues and projects.
  • write:jira-work: ability to create and modify issues on your behalf.
Permission management: you can revoke granted permissions from your Atlassian account settings at any time. Doing so may limit or disable service functionality.

6. AI Services and Limitations

AI Processing

The service uses OpenAI APIs to provide conversational and automation-related functionality.

  • AI outputs are generated from the context available at the time of the request.
  • AI responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your intended use.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated actions before applying them to Jira or relying on them operationally.
  • We continue to adjust prompts, safeguards, and workflows, but we do not guarantee perfect AI behavior.

Voice Processing

  • Voice recordings are transcribed using AI services.
  • Audio is processed temporarily and then deleted according to the service workflow.
  • Voice features may not perform consistently in every environment.
  • By using voice features, you consent to the processing required to provide them.
AI limitations: AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. Review assistant suggestions before making changes to Jira data, workflows, or project decisions.

Data Processing

  • Your messages and relevant context are sent to OpenAI for processing.
  • OpenAI processes that data under its own applicable contractual and privacy terms.
  • We do not use your data to train OpenAI models ourselves.
  • This processing is necessary to provide core AI functionality.

7. Billing and Payments

Pricing and Billing

  • Current prices are displayed on the website and within the product where applicable.
  • Prices may change with prior notice.
  • Billing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Credit-Based Usage

  • Some service usage may be measured in credits.
  • Credits may be consumed for AI interactions, voice usage, or other paid operations.
  • Unused credits may expire depending on the applicable plan or pricing rules.
  • Usage and balances may be displayed in your account.

Subscription Management

  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions subject to the product workflow in effect at the time.
  • Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the billing rule.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not necessarily trigger a refund.
  • Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period when applicable.
Payment failure: if payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features until billing is resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, and related technology.
  • The service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

  • Third-party content remains subject to its own licenses and terms.
  • We are not responsible for third-party intellectual property claims except as required by law.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

  • Data loss: we are not responsible for loss or corruption of data except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
  • Third-party services: we are not responsible for failures caused by Atlassian, payment processors, infrastructure providers, or other third parties.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
  • You use the service at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TicketMage harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent the claim results from our own breach of law or these Terms.

  • Your data may be deleted according to our retention policy and operational requirements.

  • Data handling after termination follows the retention and deletion rules applicable to the account.
  • Any sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
  • Disputes will generally be submitted to the ordinary courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • This choice of law and forum does not limit non-waivable consumer protection rights that may apply.
  • If a mandatory legal rule requires a different law or forum, that rule will prevail to the necessary extent.

Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage disputes to be raised first through direct communication.
  • Mediation or informal resolution may be available in some cases.
  • Class action waivers may apply where legally enforceable.
  • Consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights depending on your location.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Notice: we will notify you of material changes by email, through the service, or by updating this page.
  • Effective date: changes take effect on the stated effective date.
  • Your options: continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service and cancel your account if needed.
  • Version history: prior versions may be available on request.
Stay informed: review these Terms periodically so you understand the rules that apply to your use of the service.
