1. What We Use

TicketMage uses essential cookies for session and authentication. The application also stores certain interface preferences in localStorage. If you opt in, TicketMage also enables Google Ads and TikTok Ads conversion measurement in the public flow to understand which campaigns lead to successful signups and payments.

Summary: if you disable essential cookies, login or session continuity may stop working properly. Optional ad measurement stays denied in restricted consent regions until you explicitly allow it.

2. Essential Cookies

3. Local Storage

The application uses localStorage to remember interface preferences. Current keys may include:

ja_settings_v2 for theme, language, and UI preferences.
jira-assistant-language and staticPagesLanguage for language settings.
jira-assistant-selected-model for the selected model.
hasSeenExportHelp for contextual help already shown.

4. Third Parties

Google Ads / Google tag: used to record ad conversion activity for signups and billing success pages. See the Google cookie documentation.
TikTok Ads / TikTok Pixel: used to record page views and conversion activity for paid TikTok campaign measurement. See the TikTok cookie policy.
Atlassian: may set its own cookies during authentication and authorization. See the Atlassian Privacy Policy.
Lemon Squeezy: may use its own cookies during checkout or billing. See the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

5. How to Manage Them

Delete site cookies from your browser settings.
Clear the site's local storage from your browser tools.
Revoke OAuth permissions from your Atlassian account if you no longer want to use the integration.

If you remove authentication or session cookies, you will need to sign in again.
