WORK FROM WHEREVER WORK HAPPENS

Jira work should not wait until you are back at your desk.

01

Capture the update while it is fresh

Record an installation, inspection, repair, incident, or customer update by voice from mobile web or Telegram.

02

Speak in one language. Deliver in another.

Choose Interaction Language and Jira Working Language separately, with translation enabled when your workflow needs it.

03

One request. Several supported actions.

Find an issue, add a comment, log time, and request a status change without navigating several Jira screens. Each action is still applied and reported individually.

HOW IT WORKS

From a natural request to work your team can use.

  1. 1

    Speak or type

Send a natural request through web chat, a voice note, realtime voice on Premium, or Telegram.

  2. 2

    TicketMage resolves the context

It uses your connected Jira site, saved language preferences, and the permissions granted through Atlassian OAuth.

  3. 3

    Get the Jira result

Receive issue keys, applied changes, comments, worklogs, status updates, reports, or exported files for supported operations.

CONCRETE JIRA OUTCOMES

Less navigation. Clear, supported results.

Create and update work

Create structured issues, update supported fields, assign work, add comments, and request available status transitions.

Track progress

Log time, review blockers and current work, and use supported sprint operations.

Find and understand

Search Jira in natural language, summarize issue or project context, and translate supported content when enabled.

Report and share

Prepare reports and verified Excel or CSV exports with useful issue keys, links, and execution details.

REAL-WORLD SITUATIONS

Useful beyond the desk, broad enough for the whole team.

Field and onsite teams

“Log two hours on OPS-41, move it to Done, and add a completion comment.”

Expected result: worklog, available transition, and comment returned with the issue key.

Support and QA

“Create an English bug from this Spanish description.”

Expected result: a structured issue in the team's Jira language, subject to project fields and permissions.

Project and operations leads

“Show sprint blockers and prepare an Excel report.”

Expected result: current Jira context plus a supported export ready to download.

PRODUCT WALKTHROUGHS

Watch input become Jira work.

The media manifest loads real TicketMage walkthroughs when available. The workflow summary below always remains available.

Workflow preview available

The video could not be loaded right now. You can still review the exact supported flow: send a voice note, let TicketMage resolve the connected Jira context, then receive the applied actions and issue key.

Try the workflow in TicketMage
Read workflow transcript

A user sends a Jira request by voice. TicketMage transcribes it, resolves the connected site and language settings, applies each supported action with the user's permissions, and returns the issue key and action results. If a requested transition or field is unavailable, Jira's response determines the result.

ACCESS AND PRIVACY

Your Jira access stays under your control.

TicketMage is independent from Atlassian. It connects to Jira through OAuth and does not ask for or store your Jira password.

  • Operates within the connected user's Jira permissions.
  • Shows the returned result for supported Jira actions.
  • Uploaded voice notes are processed for transcription and are not kept as persistent recordings.
  • Analytics remains behind the site's measurement-consent controls and excludes Jira content and transcripts.

FAQ

Practical answers before you connect Jira.

Can I speak in one language and use another language in Jira?

Yes. Interaction Language controls the conversation. Jira Working Language controls supported content written to Jira when translation is enabled.

Can I use TicketMage away from my desk?

Yes. The web experience works on a phone, and Telegram supports text and voice messages. TicketMage is not presented as a native mobile app.

What can TicketMage do in Jira?

Supported operations include creating and updating issues, comments, worklogs, available transitions, selected sprint operations, searches, summaries, reports, and Excel or CSV exports. Results depend on the connected user's permissions and Jira configuration.

Does TicketMage store my Jira password?

No. TicketMage uses Atlassian OAuth and works with the access granted by the connected user.

What happens to voice recordings?

Uploaded voice notes are processed for transcription and are not retained as persistent recordings. Generated text and resulting conversation data follow the current Privacy Policy.

What is the difference between voice notes and realtime voice?

A voice note is recorded, sent, and transcribed before TicketMage responds. Realtime voice is a live conversation experience available on Premium.

Does TicketMage replace Rovo?

No. Rovo is Atlassian's broad AI layer across its platform. TicketMage is an independent assistant focused on voice-first, multilingual Jira operations through supported channels. Some capabilities overlap; TicketMage is designed for recurring Jira work without navigating multiple Jira screens.

How does usage and billing work?

You start with a small welcome credit. Standard and Premium add monthly usage balance, and optional top-ups are consumed after monthly balance. See Pricing or the Help Center.
